I found a nice birch hardwood at the website. Style Modern Birch CA246, pictured in the Olive 00502 colorway above, comes in only one other color Kohl. The olive color has a medium color variation.
Its species is birch, with a 4.5" handscraped birch description. It's grain variation is medium with no edge profile. It has a low gloss/sheen finish with Shaw's commercial-grade aluminum oxide. Its construction consists of 5-ply engineered piece with an all hardwood core.
The planks come 4.5" x 10"-42". It has a total thickness of 1/2" with a wear layer thickness .0984". When purchased, it comes 18.30 sq ft/carton.
Its installation consists of three methods: glue down, nail down, and float suitable for all grade levels. However, they recommend using Shaw's Urethane Adhesive for the glue down procedure and Shaw's Silent Step Ultra and Shaw's Tongue and Groove Adhesive for the float procedure.
